I am a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner who provides personalized, evidence-based medication management integrated with supportive therapy. My practice is grounded in compassion, education, and collaboration—helping each client find clarity and stability in every stage of life. I have specialized training and a strong professional interest in women’s mental health across the lifespan, including perinatal and postpartum challenges, perimenopause, life transitions, and parental stress or adjustment issues. I also have extensive experience treating depression, anxiety, ADHD, and mood disorders, as well as co-occurring conditions. With dual Master’s degrees in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing and Nursing Education, I bring both clinical expertise and an educational approach to care—empowering clients to understand their treatment and take an active role in their wellness journey. My goal is to provide a safe, balanced space for insight, growth, and lasting change.
