I am a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner with a particular focus on women’s mental health and reproductive psychiatry. I support women through the ways mental health intersects with hormonal changes and life transitions, including fertility challenges, pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause, and menopause. My care combines personalized, evidence-based medication management with supportive therapy for concerns such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, and mood disorders. With master’s degrees in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing and Nursing Education, I emphasize helping you understand your symptoms and treatment options. I take a compassionate, collaborative approach, making space for your questions and working with you to find treatment that fits your needs and daily life.
